DanSources Technical Services embeds Quality Assurance from inception and throughout every phase of our projects. The primary methods of assuring the quality of services are appropriate advance planning, assignment of sufficient qualified staff resources, provision of appropriate tools, and establishment of rigorous program and project management techniques. Further, our collaborative method of developing detailed work plans for specific tasks will help assure the quality of support provided on each project task we conduct in support of the Warfare Centers, throughout all seven zones. In short, quality is not an "add on"-- it is integrated into every phase of the project.

Methods for integrating quality assurance during the execution of tasks are also part of our comprehensive approach. For that purpose, we have assembled a Quality Assurance Review Board (the Review Board) made up of several of our most experienced professionals from throughout DanSources. This approach ensures that all required functional and technical knowledge is represented for the task orders, while simultaneously holding down costs. Any DanSources team member can "tap" the expertise of Review Board members throughout the duration of the contract. The Board also serves as a quality control check for key deliverables and ensures an integrated approach to the recommendations. DanSources' quality management approach is designed to prevent, reduce, or eliminate problems that might compromise ability to perform on time, within budget, or according to the task order requirements. Our approach includes:

  1. Developing a Quality Management Program Plan for the contract
  2. Establishing and monitoring metrics for project objectives
  3. Establishing quality management processes that include monitoring and assessing performance
  4. Coordinating with the government stakeholders to establish quality objectives by deciding the scope and frequency of quality assessments and reporting policies
  5. Coordinating with other contractors regarding quality management
  6. Conducting periodic Quality Management Reviews.

Quality Assurance promotes the delivery of reliable, complete, and accurate work products by minimizing the transmission of errors through Quality Planning, Quality Control, and Quality Improvement processes. DanSources' approach to providing Quality Assurance establishes quality controls during the entire lifecycle of a task.

The DanSources Technical Services, Inc. Team, comprising of our subcontractors -- Hewlett Packard (HP), DMG Federal (DMG), and Namtra Business Solutions, Inc. (NBS) -- developed its depth and breadth over the last 4 years of support we provided to NAVSEA and the Warfare Centers. This depth and breadth encompasses a long-term partnership with NAVSEA and includes the design, manufacture, deployment, training, maintenance, and modernization of many of the systems in the Fleet today.

Our team has offices in all seven zones and all of our team members, are currently supporting multiple Functional Areas in all seven zones as primes as well as subcontractors to Deloitte Consulting (Deloitte)/Bearing Point (BP), Ernst & Young (E&Y), Lockheed Martin Information Technology (LMIT), and Computer Science Corporation (CSC). DMG, HP, and NBS are all current Seaport "Enhanced" contractors.

DanSources has recently graduating from the 8A status, yet is still small business, a certified HUB zone, and Hispanic owned.

HP/EDS -- Tier 1, Federal Help Desk --
Montgomery, Alabama
EDS, an HP company, is responsible for consolidating multiple GSA systems help desks into a single common access point and Help Desk. DanSources contractors provide Tier 1 services across multiple systems, and through multi-channel media, phone, email and web chat. EDS' Federal Service Desk provides a more efficient and effective solution to address the acquisition community's issues with the supported systems.

HP/EDS, Mailroom and Imaging Clerk,
Montgomery, Alabama -- Under the general supervision of the Mailroom/Imaging Supervisor, the position requires general clerical skills including opening, reviewing, sorting incoming mail processing outgoing mail and keying various documents.

U.S. Army, Virigina Contracting Authority, Forward Support Office, SeaSide, CA -- IT Contractor Support Technicians develop software applications in a Java/PC/Server/web environment, utilizing languages such as JAVA, .NET, HTML, XML, Visual Basic SQL and other web technologies Contractors are trained CISSP and RAPIDS. Contractors with Top Secret SCI clearances.

TSA, Lockheed Martin, HRAccess
TSA awarded Lockheed Martin the Integrated Hiring Operations and Personnel (IHOP), to provide a variety of HR functions, including recruitment and hiring, personnel and payroll processing, employee benefits, workforce management and help desk services. DanSources team develops and deploys an advanced HR system, as well as provide the people and processes to manage TSA's human resource services. HRAccess Team/eOrientation Team and we support DHS/TSA human relation functions. One team (eOrienation) conducts and processes new employees that come on-board at TSA.
